From the farm near Dullstroom, Stillriver Trout serves two kinds of customer. In the Highlands it is mostly landowners, lodges and fishing venues stocking dams. In Mbombela, Johannesburg and Pretoria it is mostly kitchens and shops buying fresh and smoked trout.
