What we collect
Only what you type into our enquiry forms: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, town, and the details of your enquiry. We also note which page you sent it from and any campaign tag in the link you followed, so we know which of our pages and adverts are useful.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange delivery or a visit, and keep a record of what we agreed. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.
Who sees it
Our staff, and the service providers that run our website, email and customer records for us. They may only use it to provide those services.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or order, and to meet our legal and tax record-keeping duties.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to us using it. Email hello@example.com and we will respond.

This site works without tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, this section will say which tools we use and how to opt out.
