Quotes
Prices on this website and in quotes are confirmed in writing before you pay. A quote is valid for the period stated on it.
Live fish and ova
We check fish health before dispatch. Because live animals are affected by transport and by the water they go into, we agree delivery conditions with you before the order, including water temperature at your site and who handles the release. You are responsible for any permits that apply to stocking trout on your property; see stocking trout in dams.
Fresh and smoked trout
Keep chilled products at the temperature on the label and use them by the date shown. Tell us within 24 hours of delivery if anything arrives damaged or warm.
Tours, fishing and training
Bookings are confirmed in writing. Visitors follow the farm's safety and biosecurity instructions on the day. Children must be supervised near water at all times.
